The Funding Process

As a vendor, your goal is to sell your equipment.  Our goal is to make that process as easy as possible, by offering your customers the financing they need.  Here's how it works:

  1. We will provide you with customized lease applications that include your name and logo.

  2. You can include the lease application and “Leasing Information” fact sheets when giving a proposal to your clients.

  3. You then obtain the completed lease application from your client and fax it to Emerald Funding.

  4. We will check the credit and process the application according to clients’ credit needs, obtaining any additional information as needed.

  5. When we get an approval, we’ll let you know, and call the client to explain the terms.

  6. When the client approves the terms, we’ll let you know and send out the lease documents.

  7. When the client returns the signed lease documents, the leasing company will issue your company a Purchase Order.

  8. When the equipment is installed, the leasing company will call the client to verify acceptance and then immediately fund the vendor.

Pre-Funding:  In some instances, up to 50% pre-funding may be available. Please call for details on this!

New Businesses:   We strive to fund new businesses based on personal credit history.
